With over two decades of experience in management consulting and the defense, intelligence, and security sectors, Brian excels at connecting technical and non-technical groups. His expertise spans strategic planning, business development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, innovation, policy analysis, technology consulting, and change management to enhance technology use and growth.

Brian also serves as the President of the Defense Intelligence Memorial Foundation, which provides scholarships to families of fallen Defense Intelligence officers. Before this, he spent nearly 12 years at the Defence Intelligence Agency. Throughout his career, Brian has received several awards, including the DASA Awards Judge 2022 by the DevOps Agile Skills Association, the 2021 Federal 100 Award by Federal Computer Week, and the DIA Director’s Innovation Team Award in 2019.
