Silverstone has welcomed Hayley Smith as its new head of sales for meetings and events at the Wing. She brings a wealth of experience in organising events at leading sporting venues, from football to horse racing, and now of course motorsports. She is already making contacts and forming relationships with the local business community and both new and existing clients, to ensure that Silverstone keeps their account retention rates at the highest they can possibly be.

Hayley begins by talking about her role at Silverstone and what it’s like getting the job in the middle of a pandemic.
