We're back in 2020 and ready to rock! In this episode, we're excited to have Aviv Shapira as our guest. Aviv has an incredible background, startup experience, and unbelievable stories to share. He’s an aerospace engineer and entrepreneur on his fourth company today called Xtend XR, an extended reality company. Previously, he was the co-founder of Replay Technologies, a sports tech and virtual reality startup that was sold to Intel in 2016 after just 4 years for $175 Million. Replay changed the way we watch and engage with professional sports by combining multiple camera angles together, and is used by the Olympics, NBA, and NFL Super bowl amongst others, and he even won two Emmys for their incredible work along the way. In this episode, we dig into Aviv's background and mentality, dealing with failure and rejection, and advice to on how to build a team, pitch to investors, believe in your crazy ideas, and see the cause of success in a totally new way.
