Founder of Project TRUST, Jim Boland, joins the podcast to share how the program has been making a positive change in local schools over the years by hosting annual 3-day retreats for middle school students that are designed to help break down barriers between different social groups. The students then return to school with a newfound respect, trust, and relationships with peers outside of their familiar social groups.
