He is now dedicated to coaching and training real estate agents on the very tools and systems he used to process over 1,000 transactions in less than a 10-year period while home every night at 5:00 pm for dinner with the family.

As a trainer and coach, Austin has been recognized as eXp University’s Top Instructor of the Year and has received many accolades, certifications, and acknowledgements for his ability to impact others.
