This week, my friend Justin is back to talk about our first foreign language rom-com, Amelie (2001).
Despite being a fantastical film, this movie reminds us of what it means to be human and to slow down to observe the small things in life. We both agree that this beautifully stylized and dream-like film is so heartwarming and uplifting, and we each share the simple things we find small pleasures in our daily lives.
