Ayaan Hirsi Ali: For the West to Survive, It Must Defeat Political Islam and Woke Ideology

In this episode of "The Western Spirit," we speak with Ayaan Hirsi Ali, who grew up in a radical Muslim family in Somalia and escaped a forced marriage by seeking asylum in the Netherlands.

Hirsi Ali became an outspoken critic of political Islam, dedicated to protecting Western Values, no matter the cost to her safety and physical well-being.

In our discussion with Hirsi Ali, who is an author, scholar, and Hoover Institution Research Fellow, we spoke about the critical issues facing the West - the rise of anti-Semitism, political Islam, and the decline of Christianity as a moral foundation.

Ayaan highlighted the motivations behind Islamist movements and woke ideology, urging Western countries to enact laws to prevent constitutional subversion and prosecute extremist propaganda.

The conversation contrasts European and American approaches to these challenges and emphasizes the need for strong leadership and a revival of institutional Christianity to uphold Western values.
