From surprise staff resignations to jumping back into legal files myself, 2025 started off with more chaos than calm. I had to step into my law firm, Collective Family Law, in a much bigger way than planned—which reminded me exactly why I built a scalable business in the first place.

Between rebuilding the team, preparing for LawBizCon, and onboarding new Accelerator members, it’s been a huge start to the year. But I’m back now, and ready to refocus on the podcast, continue supporting law firm owners, and share what’s next for Scalable Law.
