Stacy was my very first employee, and in the 3 years she's been with me, she has climbed the ranks to now be running our largest location in Australia. In her time as operations manager at Enhanced Cleaning Bunbury, she has added over $500,000/yr in recurring revenue, become financially independent for her 2 daughters after a divorce, built the team to now over 25 people, lead us to being nominated for South West business of the year 2024, and done it all without any prior management experience.
