Summary:
Republicans in the House made history by removing Speaker Kevin McCarthy after he worked with Democrats to pass yet another omnibus bill to fund the government, claiming omnibus bills are a key reason federal debt continues to spiral out of control. But adding $14 billion more to debt in a standalone bill was ok with them because “muh Israel.”
