Stevens Roundtable - Mike Unser, Lead Examiner at Stevens Transport, Shares CDL Testing Tips- Mike Unser, the lead examiner for third-party testing at the Stevens School, joins the Stevens Transport roadside radio podcast to discuss his role and the CDL testing process. Mike emphasizes that drivers should not be nervous when they come to take their tests, as they have already been trained and prepared by their instructors. He shares that the school aims to schedule two to three tests per examiner per day, highlighting the numerous opportunities available at Stevens. Mike also reveals that his wife played a significant role in bringing him to Stevens, and he initially planned to work there for just a year. However, he quickly felt like part of the family and has been with the company for over 23 years. Mike's advice to drivers going through the school is to listen to their instructors and follow their training, as it will prepare them for success in their tests.
