I am delighted to welcome Ken Mossman to the podcast today! Ken is the Founder of Cirrus Leadership and Coaching, as well as the creator of the Integrated Adult Men (IAM) framework and courses. The story of IAM resonates for me in the changing world we live in and the changing role of being a man or a father.
Ken works with men to help them rediscover their joy and become better versions of themselves—helping them find personal fulfillment, contribute more, and become better leaders. His natural curiosity is infectious and propels his mission forward.
We’re going to discuss his professional growth from his early career as a sous-chef into his current coaching endeavors, reconnecting with our inner adolescent and unleashing the creativity that comes with that, and creating a healthy space for men to grow and explore the concepts and myths behind masculinity in an ever-changing world.
Ken has had a big impact on me in only the short time I’ve known him, and I’m personally very curious about his course. When time allows I will be signing up!
