John and I switch it up this week and GET REAL about Men's Mental Health with Josh Martin.
John got an opportunity to speak at Josh's Infinite Potential Event last weekend to help raise awareness for Mental Health and to help raise money to build 4 mental health facilities in Josh's area of Canada.
So we jumped on with Josh so that all 3 of us can share our experiences with mental health and how we have overcome some of those obstacles.
I also share with you some of the obstacles that I tackled with anxiety over the past couple of weekends and how I dealt with them and the tools I used to move through the anxiety and not have it hinder me or those around me.
Josh Martin is a Certified Life Coach and Leadership trainer. He is a Canadian entrepreneur and owns multiple businesses. From a young age Josh has always shown leadership skills and always worked into a manager position within all the companies he has worked for and operated. Josh was chosen from 1500 students to attend the Canadian Leadership conference of Canada. He is now helping others with their leadership skills combined with life skills to help you achieve more in your leadership role.
