Kate lost her twins Sophie and Jessica at 17 weeks, and talks openly about her experience in hospital, what it was like looking after her son William through her grief, and how she was supported by her workplace and friends in the days, weeks and months following her loss.

Tanya lost her son Isaac and speaks about the range of emotions she felt, and how the intensity of emotions change over time.

Rez shares his story of losing his son Yacoub and feeling the resolute need to protect his wife Priya, the trauma he felt in the months afterwards.
