It's here already, a recession, and everything points at 2023 being a year where consumers are hit harder & have less money to spend. As if restaurants haven't had a hard enough time the past 2 years, now this. BUT there's an amazing light at the end of the tunnel. I've been through 4 tough times like this as a business owner & there's one thing I've turned to every time that's worked....MARKETING & SALES! In this weekly webinar we are going to tackle 1 actionable item EVERY WEEK that can help you keep your restaurant on track to grow & prosper. 75% of this content will be sales and marketing, because that's what I KNOW ! But the remaining 25% will include topics I'm not an expert in, where I bring in someone amazing from the restaurant biz, along with owners, to dig into what you can do to DOMINATE during tough times. As I said, each week will be 1 topic and the goal is 20-30 minutes. You'll leave with homework and a task that you can easily accomplish that will STACK. STACKING...This is a term I like to use and you'll hear often. What I mean when I say "stack" is to add up over time. So when you get each weeks homework and do it, and then each week continue to do it and add 1 more item, you'll STACK those efforts. As an example, if I were to give you a marketing and sales task each week for 52 weeks that could influence 50 people every week, what would that do for your sales? IT WOULD CRUSH IT! That means that in 1 year you'll have 52 marketing and sales strategies running every week that are helping you reach more people to tell your story and drive sales, it's literally IMPOSSIBLE for that not to work. Even if you do half of the 52 weeks at a 50% effort. So, there you have it, that's what you can expect from this weekly webinar.
