How can you tell whether you're being challenged by a dark entity … or if the challenge is coming from one of your own wounded parts?

I initially covered this topic In Episode 4 of this podcast, which I recorded way back in October 2022. Then, a year and a half later, one of my Awakening Plus members brought up this subject during one of our “Ask Us Anything” events.

CORRECTION: In this episode, I say that Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) tends not to speak openly about dark entities ("critters"). But I've since been alerted to a recent book by Robert Falconer called The Others Within Us: Internal Family Systems, Porous Mind, and Spirit Possession. This book even has a foreword by Richard Schwartz, the founder of IFS. I'm glad to see that the IFS community is now discussing dark entities more openly!
