One of the key themes Myriam touched upon was the critical role of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Business Resource Groups (BRGs) in fostering a culture of inclusion. As the executive sponsor for the Latino BRG at Randstad and a contributor to a global project aimed at creating a women's leadership framework, Myriam is a testament to the impact these groups can have.
