Ninety-two percent of us will make resolutions this year and not keep them. We'll give up on them by February and settle back in to business as usual. This is why we ADORE the One Word for the Year practice. Pick One Word. It works as a singular focus for your entire year. Not that you still can't have goals and other foci, etc., but there's something magical about choosing one word for the year to focus you and create change in a specific area.
