When Deborah Norville checks in with the big show it’s usually to talk about current water cooler events coming up on Inside Edition, but she talked about something special this time.

Deborah is one of the executive producers of Lifetimes 400th “Ripped from the Headlines” movie!

“The Long Island Serial Killer: A Mother’s Hunt for Justice” airs this Saturday February 20th at 8pm on Lifetime, starring EMMY winner Kim Delaney!

It’s about the mom who broke open the Long Island Serial Killer case - which remains unsolved.

Her name was Mari Gilbert and when her daughter Shannan went missing, Suffolk County cops ignored her. But she persisted and that persistence led to first 4 bodies being discovered and ultimately perhaps 16 killings that had gone unsolved and Un-investigated!

Deborah covered this story many years ago as a journalist and now she’s involved again to help present this historic movie!
