In today’s solo episode, I break down and examine the myriad of transitions we all experience in this life, from career shifts to relationships to interpersonal connections. As we go through life, being able to recognize when it’s time to jump ship or take a calculated risk is so powerful. I share the times in my life when I’ve had to embrace my fears and what-ifs to just jump because staying in that boring job or toxic relationship is far worse than the fear of discomfort. I open up about my untraditional career journey and despite being a college dropout, my creativity and desire to learn led me to great heights. We should take these leaps of faith to create the kind of life we want and define our version of what success looks like. In a similar vein, if a romantic relationship or friendship isn’t serving its purpose and anxiety sets in, knowing when to leave and handling it with grace is so important. This episode is about jumping with kindness and remembering you don't need to have everything figured out to make a move.
