I've been praying a lot lately. Interceding. For family, friends and finally I've learned how to pray for MYSELF! It has challenged me to ask the question 'What do I need' which was a question that stood out to me as I watched Max in New Amsterdam confronted his cancer. I share how my top needs are :Paying Attention to my mind, body and soul; slowing down and disconnecting; listening compassionately to myself.
