If our definition of what makes a great leader has become like that soup you leave and forget on the back burner, then it might be time to stir the pot. In today’s show, we’re looking at some different styles of leadership and examining some of their patterns, weaknesses, and strengths. We’re going to see what’s wonderful in variety without flinching from what’s less than great in rigid patterns. Oh and we’re going to laugh a lot too!
