We're always worried & stressing about things in our lives. Some things are beyond our control, and the things we can control are compromised by our worry & stress. We need to entrust in ourselves that we will perform in these situations to the best of our abilities with our best intentions. And whether or not we succeed doesn't matter, it's that we gave it our best shot & we can be proud of our actions & performance. It's okay to lose as long as you tried.
