For background... Mel was Simple Minds Drummer & has played alongside Elton John, Lou Reed, Tina Turner, Meat Loaf, Kirsty MacColl, Orange Juice, Peter Gabriel, The Pretenders, Gary Moore, Jackson Browne, Little Steven, Goldie, Robert Palmer, Joan Armatrading & has sold over 60 million records during his 35-year career.
He talks to Splash Stories about his newly signed label deal with Marquee Records, ..and with Mr Addicted to Love - Robert Palmer .. and his debut solo single Run - the first track off his debut studio album Come With Me.
