Episode 86 of the Steelers Sanctuary Podcast is out. The pod starts off with the sad news of Andy Russell passing. Dave and I go over the his career, and discuss his Hall of Fame merits.
Next it’s on to the rumor mill. The Diontea Johnson trade rumors heated up this week. We talk about Tony Pauline’s report that the Steelers are listening to offers for their star wide receiver. And then of course there is the never ending rumors about a potential trade for Justin Fields. This week Adam Schefter fanned the flames by linking him to the Steelers.
We spend some time on the NFL combine as well. We go over some of the hotter prospects at the combine. I give the list of players the Steelers met with by position. Some interesting things can be deduced by this list.
