When the outbreak hits his research facility, Joseph narrowly escapes the zombie-like infected, only to be survivors called the Skinners—grotesque, half-dead beings who decay. As Joseph fights to survive, he descends into the depths of an old facility where he discovers properties.

Joseph's journey explores themes of body horror, survival, and the grotesque cost of redemption in a dying world.
