We meet with Mikel over Skype from his place of work (Cardiff Metropolitan University). Mikel is Senior Lecturer in Sports Psychology. There is some background noise at times during the interview so please bear with us. Mikel shines a light on the world of Sports Psychology which results in us asking him many questions!
