Judy Flickinger was a hospice nurse for the last twelve years of her forty two-year professional life as a registered nurse. Her passion is teaching good end of life care. She has been a guest lecturer for various medical programs including college and university nursing students. She has written and published end-of-life articles in several newspapers and has been interviewed on television and the radio. She has served on the Ohio Hospice and Palliative Association Education Committee. Judy received Central Florida’s 2011 “Woman of Hope” award for her book and her work with hospice.
