Just when you think you've finally adjusted to the aftermath of Covid, supply chain chaos, collapsing construction companies, job losses, relentless industry demands, skyrocketing interest rates, rising living costs, protests, and unrest, another potential pressure looms on the horizon - a slowing economy. Is it no wonder some of our most resilient bosses and workers can feel despair.
Construction professionals face unique challenges that can take a toll on their mental health, and I’m here to break the silence, share stories, and build a community of support. I discuss identification and actions to take to seek or give support from a deeply personal and compassionate space.
