I absolutely loved this episode. Alex is such an inspiring person , and remarkable in so many ways. I learned a lot about discipline and its incredible that even though I've seen probably 100,000 videos on youtube about it, somehow Alex took it to another level and made me understand discipline much deeper. I actually started waking up at 3AM after our podcast! I was waking up at 4AM before. Just goes to show the power of listening to these types of individuals how it raises our standard within ourselves. We also went deep into God and spirituality.
