Sarah and Simone discuss the importance of learning as a team to keep people engaged with purpose, and how sustainability has been a point of focus unifying colleagues throughout the business.

Simone tells us about ‘Change Champions’, Commercial’s award-winning employee engagement programme, and how it has helped to transform the business.

Simone shares more about the impact of Commercial Foundation’s #NoLimits programme, which supports young people getting into work.

She also talks about Commercial’s role in helping other businesses on their sustainability journeys, and highlights the importance of celebrating wins, big or small, along the way.
