In 1930 and 1931 severed limbs and body parts were discovered at the Tattarisuo Springs in Helsinki, Finland leading to an investigation that discovered a witch and their coven practicing black magic and the occult in the region. Dubbed the The Helsinki Witchcult their actions caused mass panic and hysteria 50 years before The Satanic Panic swept the United States.
