So, this book tries to show you that the world is wrong about a lot of things. People don't know how to work and they don't know how to be productive.
These chapters are based on you don't need to hire great people until you have great work for them. A lot of people hire other people because of FOMO. If you see someone that is fit for your company but not right now. So, don't hire them now because that person is no use now. In the second chapter, the book tells us that don't hire people just like sheep. The main lesson is to build your team with full consciousness because business is a team sport not a single man job.
