NCIS: Origins is a family affair for Mark Harmon: Both he and his son Sean are executive producers on the new spin-off. (It’s not the first time they’ve worked together on NCIS — Sean guest-starred as the younger version of his father’s character on a few episodes of the franchise’s flagship series.) For them to work as peers on the production staff, though, is a new experience for them, and Mark Harmon said so far, he’s really been enjoying the opportunity and proud of how Sean has grown into the role. NCIS: Origins airs Mondays at 10/9c on CBS and episodes start streaming the following day on Paramount+.
