Episode 107 - Please welcome to the podcast the very talented Stand Up Comedian Li Ying. Born on a farm in China now residing in Shanghai. Ying a strong independent woman paints vivid pictures of her rural upbringing, Malaysian Islands and "first world problems" in megacity Shanghai, via her jokes.

Ying has risen very quickly in the Shanghai comedy scene and has seen her perform in Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Nanjing. In 2021 Ying won the English Stand up New Faces Award. She also hosts the Comedy open mic night at the Cotton Restaurant supporting up and coming Comedians.
