This week on the Andy Jaye Podcast, Andy is in conversation with Ex SAS soldier Des Powell on the subject of his new book SAS Bravo Three Zero.

Bravo Three Zero is a story written by Des about his troop on operation in the Gulf War in the early 1990s, which involved infiltrating Iraqi missile groups to reduce the possibility of Israeli involvement in the conflict.

As well as discussing his book, Des shares some of the most incredible stories about his operations in the Gulf war, and other tours and conflicts with a fantastic explanation of how he has used his experience serving in the SAS to handle stresses and strains.
