Hello Like so many we were appalled by the images of the killing of George Floyd at the hand of law enforcement officers. What follows is an open, and in the spirit of honesty, a messy discussion between two people who have been forced to wake up to the fact that they don't understand what oppression feels like. We do though wish to state that we are in full support of the Black Lives Matter movement, and we are committed to becoming more active and more educated allies to the black community. This conversation is not profound, it doesn't say anything new, we understand that we may have made some points inarticulately and if that causes anyone distress we cannot be more sorry.
