We all make mistakes either in our personal or professional life. This article offers five steps to learn how to turn your mistakes into opportunities. So here are five steps I experimented with when things got tough. They proved to be effective and helped me regain confidence in myself and move on. It does not mean that I was problem free, but it opened the door for me to create capacity of what is referred to as the River of Integration.
