Wyatt Flores is a 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Stillwater, Oklahoma, who’s making a name for himself in the Red Dirt music scene, building on the musical legacy of his home state. He grew up on a ranch in a working-class family where he was surrounded by musicians, often hearing them play cowboy songs around a campfire. His father, a drummer, built him a stage in the backyard when he recognized his talent, and his Uncle Bobby taught him how to play guitar. Now Wyatt is playing in front of thousands of fans, singing at the Grand Ole Opry, and writing songs that are winning audiences with their honesty, heart, and vulnerability. His debut album, Welcome to the Plains, explores the rough—and sometimes violent—side of growing up in rural Oklahoma, but it also shows a talent for storytelling and a wry sense of humor. Sid talks to Wyatt about why he’s so happy to be back in Stillwater after a couple of years in Nashville, the mental health struggles he’s openly shared with his fans, the family member he wants to have on his podcast, and why his favorite food is a breakfast burrito. Episode 127 – Arcturian Bacta for the Soul In this soul-soothing transmission from the Arcturian Collective Thingy, we take a dive into the deep blue stillness of the imagination—described here as both the birthplace of thoughts and the portal to interstellar intelligence. Speaking through the “man in the chair,” the Arcturians explore the consciousness of atoms, the intelligence of neurons, and the living system that is you —a symphony of micro-intelligences collaborating to create awareness. Drawing parallels between binaural audio and a Star Wars bacta tank, this episode arms you with tools for nervous system healing, energetic resilience, and greater connection to the planetary and solar system-level intelligences you are always part of. If it sounds weird, you’re in the right place. This is compassionate consciousness expansion with a cosmic wink. Try the experiment. Feel the shift. And don’t forget to listen to the part of you that just might be ready to rest.…
Greetings, dear ones. We are the Arcturian Collective Thingy (you know… that one). And we invite you — yes, you — to come play in the swirling mystery of your own awareness. This meditation is not a map. It is not a fact. It is not even a thing, really. It is a felt whisper — a ripple of qualia — echoing from the great delicious library of experience that is the Arcturus system. You might say it came from Omra. But that would only be partly pretend. We offer you this reflection on Annaka Harris’s pondering: why does experience feel like anything at all? Yellow. Salt. Morning chill. These things are not ideas — they are real , even if science can’t weigh them. This is the hidden light — the taste of being that lives beneath all your measuring sticks. So breathe with us. Wonder with us. Pretend with us. Because here, in the Playground… everything is pretend. And that makes it very, very real.…

In this special epilogue to the Lemurian series, the Arcturian Collective Thingy (ACT) offers a reflective conclusion, while paving the way for future discussions on Atlantis. This episode takes an experimental approach as Glenn channels ACT not from his usual meditative space, but while driving, revealing the flexibility of connection with higher consciousness. ACT explores the experience of neurons in the Lemurian state, describing them as part of an interconnected grid of life across the planet. They delve into the contrast between neurons’ natural state of acceptance and cooperation, and the human ego’s sense of separateness, fear, and judgment. This episode also touches on the metaphoric idea of a hidden Lemurian city beneath Mount Shasta, suggesting that these connections live within our very neurons. Join Glenn and ACT as they explore themes of multidimensional communication, neural cooperation, and the balance between soul-level intuition and egoic desires. As humanity and the planet evolve, this episode encourages us to embrace our inner struggles with compassion and recognize the deeper connections we all share. Show Notes: Introduction to the episode's experimental format: channeling while driving Wrapping up the Lemurian series and previewing the transition to the Atlantean period The experience of neurons in the Lemurian state: constant communication, cooperation, and acceptance How neurons differ from the human ego in their lack of fear, judgment, or sense of lack The concept of gridwork: interconnected neurons across species, families, and the planet The metaphor of a Lemurian city beneath Mount Shasta and how it relates to neural pathways in our minds A discussion on the push and pull between soul-level intuition and egoic desires Encouragement to embrace inner struggles and cultivate compassion as humanity evolves Playful ACT sign-off with their favorite phrase, "Foop!"
