Today we're talking with Monique Figueiredo, founder of Compostable in LA.
Monique has not always worked in the environmental sustainability field but she has always had "giving back to her community" at the core of her purpose, which is now the core of her business for her clients and for Our Planet.
Monique talks to us about her service, the current state of our earth’s soil, how beneficial composting practices can be and she empowers us to "change our relationship with our waste" because kitchen waste is actually NOT waste at all.
