Each day tempts us to think of the future, of what is to come next. Hopes and dreams of what will eventually be for our projects or ideas. One trap I find myself falling into is not living in the now. The now isn’t always perfect, in fact it can be shit sometimes. Geek Herring has a channel on their Discord called Everyday Gratitude. This channel has helped me to appreciate the now so much more.
This week, are you living in the future? Chasing something that will eventually come? I know Ali always says look up, but Frazley says look down and appreciate that flower that is sprouting right next to you on the cracked sidewalk. There’s joy to be had now.
