Some weeks it feels like we are living in The Ughs of Life. Sometimes life and its burdens just create a feeling of Meh to do anything. I’m sitting here working on a newsletter I should’ve finished MUCH earlier in the day.
Remember that it’s OK to be living in The Ughs of Life. Events going on in our world, situations in our personal lives and even just the day-to-day can wear us down. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you are struggling. I’m struggling along with you. It’s OK to NOT be OK!
