In this episode Mark speaks to Sue King who is a 7th Dan Japanese Jui Jitsu Sensei, who’s also a Zen Buddhist Monk. She’s established her dojo, Mushin Academy, right in the heart of Norris Green. Sue has been doing amazing work to support children in her community, who’ve had a tough time throughout the Covid Pandemic.
