This week we head back to the birthplace of Procon Consulting, the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech for the fall career fair. We got to hear from students about what inspired them to go into the construction field and what excites them for their futures. We also sit down with Procon's Head of Recruitment, Akeem Parker to talk about Procon's Recruitment Philosophy.
