Samantha "Dr. Sam" Graber. is the creator of the Unraveling Together community, author, speaker, and podcast host.
She helps midlife women take full advantage of the powerful transition of perimenopause. It is at this point in our lives we face a critical choice: step into our true selves with purpose or shrink into the invisible shell society wants us to inhabit with their messaging that it is "all downhill from midlife".
Well, that just fuels her fire and helps her light one in the belly of others!
She is a serial entrepreneur in the wellness arena. From multi-doc practices to solopreneur, She has "been there, got the T-shirt". She retired from a 25-year career as a holistic chiropractor in 2016 and shortly thereafter found herself in a strange and wonderful place, where she was able to reinvent herself.
She is a multi-passionate, highly curious woman. She is an Enneagram Eight, so she can change the world and has a knack for unlocking that superpower in others. I have always been drawn to forging my own path. I absolutely love sharing knowledge and helping others on the topics of entrepreneurship, holistic health, and cultivating a growth mindset.
