Courtney Jared Bannan is a distinguished attorney, law professor, author, speaker, and entrepreneur, celebrated for her multifaceted expertise and visionary leadership in the legal realm. With a Juris Doctor degree focused on International and Comparative Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance, Ms. Bannan seamlessly blends legal acumen with business insight. She is a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, believing in the transformative power of mindfulness in the legal profession.

Ms. Bannan's academic journey began in Business and Finance, which reflects her commitment to assisting the corporate sector. Her Juris Doctor degree, with a specialized focus on International and Comparative Law, has equipped her with a global perspective crucial in navigating the complexities of international legal landscapes. Ms. Bannan was a founding editor of the International Law Journal and published many articles and white papers on International Business and Caribbean Law. Admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and Texas, Ms. Bannan also holds a foreign solicitor (attorney) license in England and Wales. Her Canadian attorney license is pending. Her proficiency also extends to the federal level, where she is barred in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States District Court of Appeals for the 11th Judicial Circuit.

As the force behind The Entrepreneur’s Law Group, she leads a boutique law firm tailored for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and enterprises. Ms. Bannan is also the Founder of a tech startup and creator of the groundbreaking legal app "dSkribe."

With over two decades of legal experience, her proficiency spans diverse areas, including Real Estate, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Securities, Media and Entertainment law, and more.
