Building relationships with other men is one of the core elements of becoming the men that God has called us to be. We all have different personalities and some of our traits can help us or hinder us in building relationships with others. This is the first of two episodes discussing how we can build relationships as both introverts and extroverts. In this episode, I interview Brent Bartlett, the administrative pastor of Front Range Baptist Church in Fort Collins CO. We discuss what it means to be an introvert, some of the pros and cons of this personality type, and how to overcome some of the obstacles or introvertedness.
