During that time she worked to market and sell buildings, land and air rights in Manhattan. When she wasn’t underwriting $525,000,000 worth of real estate assets, she was marketing them. Fast forward to her role as Director of Marketing and Trade Development for California Closets, she was managing a multimillion dollar marketing budget and working with some of the largest real estate developers across the country. Now she’s the founder of Hannah Nieves Consulting, a full service consulting agency, HN Haus, a network and business education platform for multi-passionate women, and This Hudson Studio, a multifunctional creative studio in the Hudson Valley. Hannah truly loves the work she does and created this business out of the sheer passion of being able to serve multidisciplinary founders.
