Writing is a hobby that requires drawing out imagination in incredible amounts. The strands of imagination are woven into characters that may feel as real as an old friend, plots that cause readers to eagerly flip over pages. Writing is, in short, a large amount of work.
However, some writers decide to take this one step further. They weave in more and more strands of imagination until what they create might not be entirely recognizable to what we find outside our doors.
They might create entire worlds right down to a unique currency and made-up language, or they may create creatures that are nothing like what we find on earth.
If that sounds like you, then you have found the right podcast. The Fantastical Writers Podcast is your home for writing all things wonderfully strange. I will start with some common mistakes I often read in novels, then, if the podcast grows, I hope to include special guests to share their insights.
