Mrs. Pratima Sinha holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at DSR Educational Society Hyderabad.The Society has seven schools named Birla Open Minds International K 12 and Birla Open Minds Preschools in Hyderabad .
She is a Post Graduate in Education with Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Business English .
She has headed schools with CBSE , ICSE ,Cambridge and IB programmes , she has held the position of Regional Academic Head with Pearson Education. She is an EDEXCEL(Pearson Teacher Training) certified trainer. Many new initiatives have been initiated under her leadership. She is on Advisory Board of various organizations. All the organizations that she joined ,she has worked with clear vision and passion and has raised the bar of work environment. Her foresight and understanding the future of education has always led her to initiate futuristic practices in her schools for the benefit of the students and the teachers . She has recently introduced IBCP Programme in her School because of her belief in its need for the students of the future generation .
Her Passion for Professional Development of the teachers has her conducting sessions for the teachers on a regular basis not only for schools but also for schools across the country. She has always encouraged Art Integration in the curriculum both visual and performing arts.
